WooCommerce: change status of an order
In Dashboard select: Woocommerce > Orders.
You will see a page with a list of the orders with their status:
- Completed
- Processing
- On Hold
- Cancelled
- Pending Payment
Order on hold
This is the default status of an order when it’s just received.
Order in process
To process an order and send the customer an e-mail informing him that the order is being processed, click on the first icon with the 3 dots.
The order is dispatched
Change status of the order is changed to „complete“.
